I have not had time to make an edit today, but I have another edit of Aliya Mustafina.
This leo is from the AA finals at the 2010 Worlds.
This leo is not bad, but I like it better in the original purple'ly colors than the edit with the red white and blue.

Weekly Theme - Week 1 - Day 6

This leo edit is of Beth Tweddle of Great Britain.
I think it is from event finals at the 2010 World Championships, where she won gold on the Uneven Bars :D
This leotard is okay, I like it in both the original and the edited 'edition'.

Gabby Douglas !

This is a leo that many people seem to hate, they call it The Snail leo on the gymternet.
But I remember the first time I saw this leo, and I think it was this one, that Gabby wore at Visa Champ in 2012. I just thought waauw, so I have something for this leo. And I honestly think it is perfect for Gabby Douglas. But I can absolutely see why people hate it, it can be hideous.

i have done a lot of edits of this leo, in this one I have basicly mad all the colors grey'ish and dark red.
And I kind of like it :)

Weekly Theme ! Week 1 - Day 5

So today it will be Lauren Mitchell(Australia)
This leo I think was for the team final at Worlds 2011.
I realy don't get it, it has nothing to do with the Australian flag, it is somehow to simple or to complicated for a Worlds team final.

I'm sory for the bad editing.
 I think this leo could be nice, but I would probably like it more if the red separating line(black for the original) was higher, so the white pattern would start above the chest region, and there was no white on the side.

Weekly Theme ! Week 1 - Day 4

So this is Aliya Mustafina(Russia) !
Aliya Mustafina, I think will join the list of most succesful gymnasts in history when she will retire, she already has put herself on the list in my opinion. And I hope she will NOT retire in the near future.
Today a gymmnast's career is shorter than it was 10-20 years ago, I think it is because it gets harder, and harder a sport is, more injuries come along. And also the juniors are getting so great, and it is hard to keep up with them.
Mustafina already has 4 olympic medals and 8 world medals I think, and she is only 19 years old.

So this is a leotard that she wore at worlds 2010. I think it is from event finals.
It is ok, but maybe a bit boring, I quite like it in the Russian colors though.

Weekly Theme ! Week 1 - Day 3

This is a leotard that Sandra Raluca Izbasa(Roumania) wore in qualifications at Worlds 2013. I realy don't know what to say about this leotard realy, in it's original colors I think it is ok, it is not on the bad list and not on the good list. And I realy don't like it much better in the Roumanian colors. I think Roumania is one of the few countries that don't have to wear all the flag colors on it's leotards, and yet they are the few ones that do so. In my opinion the three basic colors; Red, yellow and blue, just don't match on a body.
I perfer countries to wear flag colors in team finals and maybe AA finals, but I also think that gymnasts should be able to choose their own leotards for individual finals. At least have something to choose from :)

Weekly Theme ! Week 1 - Day 2

So today It is going to be the pink leo that Kyla Ross and Simone Biles wore in AA finals at the 2013 World Championships. I did not like it, it would maybe be better if the pink color was darker.

I have heard that the pink leos was because it was breast cancer awareness month, very few have heard about this I think, and everybody have been kind of 'angry' about the pink leos lately, and I don't think it fits in eather. Pink for breast cancer awareness month, I think is ok, but the pink on this leo is just to light in my oppinion. And out of all of the competition leos there was only one leo that had a color from the U.S. flag on it, and it looked like a christmas ornament. .. ..

I know this edit has been mad often but I also want to do it :D

One of my favorite gymnasts in blue, I love this leotard in the original colors, but I just wanted to see how it looks in blue.

A Vaulting Beauty in Blue !

Simone Biles is one of the best vaulters in the world, and she looks so good in blue !! MARTHA
Although she wore red at Worlds not pink(in qualifying), the red and silver/metallic combined looks like a
christmas-stocking.
You could say this is a part of this weekly theme, but there will be some more with the USA gymnasts.

This week's theme ! Week 1 - Day 1

So I know this blog is brand new, but I love gymnastics so I'm just going to post a lot of gymnastics stuf, mostly leotards :D
I have descided That this week I'm going to post 1 or more edited leotards every day, the theme will be a leotard from worlds or olympics, where the leotard does not match the colors of the flag of the gymnast's country or the country the gymnast is competing for. It's not like no colors can match, but you know what I mean :)!

So the first one will be Huang Qiushuang of china, I actualy liked all the leos the Chinese wore at the 2012 Olympics, they might be a bit to much for some but the whole Chinese olympic team wore kind of very artistic clothing. So the leotards match the Chinese theme.

Oh! and if you have some suggestions on some leos you can coment or email me :)

Norah Flatley - An Amazing Gymnast !

One of my favorite junior gymnast at the moment. In my opinion she has the most international artistry look and form of all of USA's elite gymnasts.
And she seems very sweet :)

Her amazing beam routine:
she has a difficulty of 6,4 in this routine and she scored 15,350. The highest score of the whole competition. That is amazing for any gymnast, but look at the routine!

Her bars routine:
It does not have the same difficulty as her beam, but you can see how Chow(her coach) has created this routine to add difficulty.
She scored 14,300 with a difficulty of 5,400, and she had the highest E score of all the juniors; 8,900.
